Refund of Admission Fees: If a student cancels his/her admission before the start of the academic session, the institution will refund the fees, but it may retain a processing fee. The processing fee is Rs.1000/- only.

Refund After Classes Begin: If a student withdraws after the classes have commenced, the institution may deduct a certain percentage of the fees, with the rest being refunded. The precise amount and policies for this can vary by institution, but they should comply with the UGC's norms.

Timeframe: The refund process should be completed within a reasonable time frame, usually within 7 working days after the withdrawal request.

Conditions for Refund: Refunds are typically allowed if the student provides valid reasons for withdrawal and meets the required conditions, such as submitting a formal withdrawal request within the stipulated time before closing admissions.

No Refunds in Certain Cases: Institutions may have specific clauses where fees are non-refundable in some situations; such as if the student has attended classes after closing admissions and already provided substantial services.
