As the Controller of Examinations in the college, Mr. M. Amarnath Reddy plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth conduct of all examination-related activities in accordance with UGC guidelines. His responsibilities include the following:

• Develops the academic calendar for internal assessments, mid-term, and end-semester examinations.

• Coordinates with various departments to prepare a comprehensive timetable for examinations.

• Ensures the secure preparation, collection, and storage of question papers.

• Establishes protocols to maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the examination process.

• Supervises the smooth administration of examinations by assigning invigilators, preparing seating arrangements, and ensuring compliance with UGC and JNTUA norms.

• Ensures adequate security measures are in place to prevent malpractice.

• Organizes the evaluation process by appointing examiners, ensuring timely paper corrections, and compiling results.

• Verifies the accuracy of results before final publication and addresses discrepancies if any.

• Manages student grievances related to examinations and ensures timely resolution in line with institutional policies.

• Maintains detailed records of all examination processes, results, and student progress reports.

• Ensures effective documentation for audit and accreditation purposes.

• Collaborates with faculty, administrative staff, and external regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with UGC regulations.
